Ray's Discount Vending Sales And Service has been in business since 1987. We repair and service drink machines mainly. In addition to repairing machines we have the resources to sell several different kinds of vending machines, such as: snack machines, soda machines, bulk vending, pay telephones, etc. One of our main advantages is that we are factory-authorized dealers for Royal Vendors and Dixie-Narco products. You were polite, extremely helpful and the speed at which my order was shipped and arrived (I got it today) is, without a doubt, way above my expectations and much higher than what to which I have become accustomed.

My business is built around residential/commercial HVAC and I'm servicing this unit as a favor to my cousin as he owns it and it is operated in his place of busniess. Shipping & Returns

Orders may be placed for shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. International orders and any orders to Alaska or Hawaii should be placed by phone. Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within the state of Texas. Please take a moment to review our policies before placing your order.

Shipping and Handling:

These charges cover the expense of shipping from Ray's Vending Company. They include shipping or postage fees, packaging, as well as handling and processing orders in our shipping department. International/Overseas orders may be subject to additional shipping fees.

We ship with U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and the United Parcel Service (UPS). All of our shipping services require a physical mailing address, not a Post Office Box (PO Box). We will provide a tracking number whenever possible for your convenience. If you are unable to track your shipment, please allow 24 hours for the systems to update and try again.

If you would prefer to require a signature at time of delivery or to insure a package (both are available for an additional fee), please place your order by phone during business hours or by email thru our contact page. Packages not requiring a signature are often left unattended. We are not responsible for theft of unattended deliveries.

It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon receipt. If damages are found, please contact the carrier as soon as possible.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges may be made within 15 days. A note should be included explaining the reason for the return. Please include your name, address, phone number or other contact information. Credits are made to the original method of payment only. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Exchanges may be made when we receive the item with your explanation and a payment method to cover reshipment charges. Items cannot be returned if they have been used in a way that would make them unable to be resold.! There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned parts.

Advance / Exchanges.

UNITS TO BE REPAIRED MUST BE SHIPPED IN AN ANTI-STATIC BAG ($2). WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED FOR UNITS RETURNED WITHOUT AN ANTI-STATIC BAG. ALL BOARDS ARE FULLY GUARANTEED WITH A 90 DAY WARRANTY. PRICES QUOTED INCLUDE ALL LABOR, SOME PARTS ARE EXTRA. ON MOST OTHER ITEMS NOT LISTED , LABOR CHARGE WILL BE $55.00 PER HOUR, PARTS ADDITIONAL. ON ANY ITEMS RECEIVED WITH EXCESSIVE DAMAGE OR VANDALISM, ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE APPLIED. ANY UNIT THAT IS RECEIVED AS PART OF AN ADVANCE/EXCHANGE THAT IS UNREPAIRABLE, WILL BE BILLED AT A PURCHASE PRICE. UNITS BEYOND REASONABLE REPAIR MAY BE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE FOR LABOR FOR TIME INVOLVED. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
